Well they doubted my first review and wouldn't let me tell the truth so here it is again. First of all, honestly, my story with this company has been great. Particular attention is paid to the word HAS and I will continue with this part. For almost 2 full years I have been ordering whey protein isolate, creatine, taurine, peas and sucralose and especially isolate from them. I easily spent hundreds of dollars on this company, and with the isolate I had to spend about $1,000 on a protein I bought from them as a former regular customer. This review is about the whey protein isolate they sell. isolate from them. They increased the price from $25 (Prime shipping) to over $30. They removed the main supply which I see they have now restored out of indignation. My order with their huge markup was due to arrive in a few days to a full month and they couldn't tell me when, it could only be a month. That's a big jump from Prime's 2-day guaranteed delivery, and who can wait a month for their protein to arrive? My order arrived a week after ordering. It came in such horrible packaging that the post office had to put the whole mess in a plastic bag and include a note saying the item was so poorly packaged it couldn't be processed further, so the USPS said it was all in the package for my convenience. Bag so I can still receive my order so I can see how it was packed. This is a prominent loss in my book. Now they seem to have Prime back and I've never had this problem with Prime so let me know. to come to terms with my experiences. However, it gets worse. Much worse. So I received my package without knowing when it was supposed to arrive. The packaging was the worst I have ever received from them but the protein was not opened so it was still ok. Or so I thought. the worst, MOST TERRIBLE thing money can buy. I drink one shake a day and exercise three times a week, so I take an extra shake these days. This adds up to 10 shakes a week. So that's 10 shakes a week for almost 2 years so you can bet I'm pretty familiar with the taste, quality and mixability. I mix it with milk and drink it right away. This order gave me the most horrible gas I have ever experienced with an isolate in my 19 years of strength training! I'll spare you some drama and tell you that I've been sick for the past 3 hours with a stomach ache and laying you down in pain without stopping the gas like I NEVER thought possible! I thought about going to the hospital because the gas pain was so bad and intense I thought I had poisoned myself! Every order before price increases and shipping changes never resulted in stomach upset and there was no gas! I've already had 3 shakes and as of this writing this is my 3rd time sick as a dog and will flush the rest of this crap away and as someone who takes their training and supplements very seriously you should also take that into consideration. It can't be the same stuff they've been consistently selling me for the past 2 years! It doesn't taste like other orders and the health side effects it gave me are exactly what junk protein causes. After all, I've been doing strength training for almost 2 decades now. I know when a company I've dealt with has cut back to make more money and it seems to have happened here. Maybe new owners or something? I hope they go back to their old ways because they run a ship that used to bring good deals on very high quality products but they will never get any of my dollars after treating me. Delete my review and try to hide the truth and don't even contact me to fix it. Practice tough guys and I hope this helped.
