On the good side: bright and the specified length. The choice of colors is a great idea. The nice thing: the rope is flimsy and difficult to untangle, but better than the similar bare copper wire version. It can be seen that the segments are sewn together, it doesn't matter to me. The Bad: There is NO YELLOW on either set I have - both the original and the replacement. Yellow is GREEN as shown in the photo. It also means NO REAL ORANGE TOO. It's a weird combination of orange + green lights for human eyes and pale white with red stripes for camera eyes (2nd photo): -p. ALSO, both devices have WEAK REMOTE CONTROLS that cannot be operated through the thin plastic exterior electrics. - a box with sockets whose not very watertight parts I have to keep safe. I can't stand on the other side of the window to turn them on and off, not even inches away. I have to go out on the porch every time. Bleg. My remote control for the Christmas lights works much better, so I know it's a theoretical possibility. I'll be back. Big crap for light, so expensive. I wanted them to work so I could use the same lights for multiple holidays!
