The ability to track time, manage employees with ease of use! I love how easy it was for me as my manager/supervisor in charge of payroll management when using this software - everything from entering employee information (name & contact info), pay rates etc., all went through one screen where we could easily enter new hires or update existing ones without having anyone else involved at that point-in-time who may have been more detailed oriented than myself back then :) It's such a great tool if you're trying out different types of programs like ours are doing right now so far they've worked very well because our team has seen what works best within their systems which allows us move forward quickly while maintaining efficiency. Nothing really came up about anything negative yet but there isn't much since we haven’t used them too long either :). We were able to get things done efficiently by tracking timesheets, scheduling meetings.
