I was thinking of getting one of those cheap ratcheting torque wrenches for about $30-40 but as they are no longer calibrated in the future and recalibrating is impossible . Economy for such a cheap tool; I decided to take something worth the money. This is a solidly built instrument, you can feel its quality and weight when you hold it in your hands. A word of caution, this wrench is large, the pictures don't convey it properly because there isn't a good reference, think of an average adjustable wrench size, I wasn't expecting most ratcheting torque wrenches to be about the same size as a normal ratchet wrench. I was working on a motorcycle engine and was short on space, otherwise a great tool, good long term investment.
