trusty set of kitchen pots and pans

When I first moved into the apartment I've lived in for 12 years (oh so long) there was a pots and pans hodgepodge with a whole box Lid to match a pot or pan. It was a lawsuit against various friends and family members who gave these to me because they knew I wouldn't buy them myself. Years later and with a much better health consciousness, I now commit to eating healthily, which requires me to learn how to cook some basic things. With my renewed acceptance of the need to learn how to make things myself, I'm slowly moving away from random pots and pans and adding new things. With this super nice set of pots and pans from the brand Michelangelo I have found a neat set. which gives me everything I need to cook delicious food for myself or the company. (That last thought was a bit of a false dream as I've never cooked for anyone before). I'm impressed with the glass lids that do a good job of isolating the internal vapor when making my morning veggie blend. I love the blue handles that give this set a modern look. These pens have a silicone coating that prevents slipping, which can cause burns. The coating also prevents the use of potholders when removing the pan. The combination of solid black metal and an inner non-stick layer and then light blue gives a neat kitchen style that goes well with my colourful, adventurous decor. A little surprise in the form of a silicone spatula with a closed and open surface. It's always good to have an extra set of these cooking essentials. I really like the finish of the pans as I was able to save olive oil as it doesn't stick. I used half the oil for the fish, which I fried in a large skillet. The stone-style surface is quickly becoming my favorite for preparing fish and vegetables as I eat it almost every day. The colander was nice because I've been using it for almost a decade. became harsh and was not user friendly. This neat strainer included in this set has comfortable handles that give you plenty of space from the very hot steam of the food you are filtering. In summary I am very happy with this set and would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and tidy pot and pan set.
