Sharp and smooth as butter

The best chef's knife I have ever bought. I made a groats roast tonight and I could slice it wafer thin if I really wanted to. Is there a better one? I'm sure they are, but they will cost you over $100, this will do the same for about $30. I cut fine paper hair with this knife, it's worth the money and I would buy another one, hope it helps

Pros
  • This stainless steel kitchen knife is made from Japanese 7Cr17 stainless steel, a high-chromium stainless steel alloy commonly used in kitchenware. This steel is food grade steel; This knife is made of Pakkawood. The handles provide a good grip.Bends under the butt.
