Let me first say that I bought the exact same product about 5 years ago and it works great in my other car. I bought it as a second unit to install in a second car. It worked flawlessly for a week and then just fell apart on the rotating ball. I have contacted the seller to inquire about a replacement and will update the review once I have made a decision. The seller immediately called me back and said the item was out of stock and that he had received a refund. I will definitely buy this item again and buy from this seller. .
