Honestly I don't know what happened to it. I used it once and I liked it. It worked well, allowing me to sift flour with one hand and scold the baby with the other. It has been hand washed and air dried. I put it away and didn't touch it for weeks. When I tried to use it a second time, it didn't work. Something happened to the spring and trigger. The trigger appeared to be twisted and the spring would not rotate. My husband tried unsuccessfully to fix it. The idea is great, but the quality is terrible. Photos taken after my husband tried to get it working. The trigger is still a bit twisted.
