We needed a better Wi-Fi system to replace our Google setup which died after a year so after reading the reviews we decided on this one. My husband is a cybersecurity expert (that pays the bills) and has always loved Cisco products. At the same time, it took more than 3 days for setup and daily "tweaking". We have fiber optic internet and this has reduced our internet speed and kept dropping the wifi signal. We would have to reset it at least twice a day and wait almost 10 minutes for it to start again. With a pandemic, working from home, a college student and an elementary school student attending an online school, this daily confrontation was IMPOSSIBLE. Sent it back and got something cheaper but much better.
