I had high hopes for this juicer but ultimately it's not a good product. I used to have a small electric juicer that I wanted to replace. Overall, this manual juicer is easier to use and relatively reliable. I think you'll have to hold onto the top of the juicer with your other hand to support it, but overall the operation is simple and straightforward. As for the juicer, it works quite well. It doesn't squeeze all the juice, but 80-85%. I will take this exchange because of the ease of use. When juicing limes with my electric juicer, the little limes tended to slip off when squeezed and I had to squeeze so hard my arm hurt after a while. So this juicer has an advantage. The elephant in the room, however, is the paint chips. As mentioned in other reviews, this is an issue. I took a chance on buying a juicer based on the generally good reviews, but the chipped paintwork was a problem and a deal breaker for me. I've only used it a few times and every time I pick up paint chips. Most of them end up on top of the print mechanism, but dozens of them that you can see and an unknown number that are too small to see end up in the juice. You can reduce paint chips by passing them through cheesecloth or a fine metal mesh strainer, but some of them will still slip through. Plus, if you like pulp, you've already filtered out all the pulp.
