to use the Allstate policy I purchased for and with this product. They are asking for the name of a manufacturer that Sahisiday does not have on this list (i.e. the seller). When I asked the NAME of the manufacturer, they replied that they had no contact with the manufacturer? No connection? As if I want them to give me a phone number. I needed the NAME of the manufacturer. If this is a problem for them, they may not be selling products legally. Or maybe the items are actually from the junkyard and not a new product that is much more expensive in stores. I'm going to be a pain in the ass because I can't afford to throw away $50 on things that break in 29 days. If I could afford this waste of time and money, I would personally go to a store I know. Maybe they answer more understandably or let me write to the seller, which suddenly doesn't work anymore. I went to their website and the contact option. Their website says to contact them. How funny. I got scammed and they want to be nice online and on Amazon. There are no more buttons to contact the seller (I have anyway) and I'm not happy. I'll make sure they think of me when they mention customer service failures. I just wanted the manufacturer's name.
