Haven't used this product yet but am deducting two stars from my rating because the frame looks like cast aluminum which looks pretty fancy and I was expecting it to be all stainless steel from the description. . There's also a small, rectangular plastic latch that needs to be slipped over the handle to keep it closed, and it slips off easily, with the result that I found it had already popped open twice when I was putting things in my gadget shuffled around. This flaw makes it easy to cut yourself with it if you're not careful, the small plastic bracket is easy to lose or lose, and a more secure locking mechanism built into the device would be a significant design improvement.
