The rack is easy to assemble (although I recommend using two pairs of hands whenever possible), assembles as expected, and builds like a tank. Trunk to vehicle hitch receptacle and virtually eliminates wobble and rattle (2) bikes are very easy to load and unload, (3) receptacle hitch lock and (4) built-in bike locks. What I don't like: It doesn't go well with a Jeep Wrangler's tailgate, but I knew it would. And Kuat sells an articulating bike rack that shoves the whole thing out of the way if that becomes a problem.
