I like that it is easy to use, has multiple features as well as mobile access. It's not perfect just yet but they have some great ideas going into this app/website so its very promising! Not enough customization of fields for specific cities (ie- City Name). Also there are many issues with their API at times - sometimes you can't get any data back from them which causes problems when trying to upload files in certain areas where USDPW cannot deliver services or information about what municipalities are available etc. Some functions do work better than others though most still need improvement. This platform allows me to store all my water bills, storm reports, permits etc online instead of having tons of paper copies hanging around everywhere i go.
