Review on Advanced Heat And Vibration Wrap For Back Pain Relief - FSA/HSA Eligible - Venom 2 by Jay Buford

Not So Smart Device

The device is pretty overpriced for what it is, but it was FSA eligible which is a plus. One issue I have had, however, is with the Hyperice companion app. Inside of it, you can set all the parameters of your treatment: duration (up to 30 mins), heat (3 levels), and massage (just three different types of vibration). Now it had been working fine before, but it got to low battery once while I was using it and the app gave me a warning telling me the battery level was too low and I needed to charge. I charged the device and now any time I try to connect to it the app tells me that the device’s battery is low (even though it is fully charged). I have reached out to Hyperice support 2-3 days ago about this issue and haven’t heard a peep. Very dissatisfied with the quality of a product that is almost 300 bucks.

Pros
  • Lightweight and portable design for use at home, in the office, or on-the-go
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with muscle or nerve damage
