Looks good, manufacturer error?

Looks great. super quiet. It only has one remote control, so don't lose it. It is good if the chains do not sag and do not rattle. For some reason the lighting connector that plugs into the fan had a bent piece of plastic. I had to use wire cutters to cut the plastic and tweezers to flatten the metal. Seems to be working fine. This fan is not available from most vendors. I doubt this product was a manufacturer fault being sold as a new fan.
