DI does not work in depth finders or depth finders

installed on my HDS 9 gen 3 and tested on several trips. DI doesn't work, but 2D works fine. When I select the DI option, the screen is just black. Also this converter (or mine) does not read water temperature.

High frequency 455/800kHz DownScan Imaging provides realistic images of the water column, bottom and all structures beneath your boat.
