Lightweight but potentially inconsistent performance

Somewhat inconsistent performance. I connected two groups of three panels in series. One group outputs 11.5V, the other group of three shows 9.5V. Same wiring, same panels, same light source spacing, same light source power. Other tension? Otherwise, I'm excited to see how it goes. I would be interested to know how these plates are made.
