Review on Ink Remanufactured Replacement 240XL 241XL by Shawn Pollock

I had no problems installing the cartridge but on first use it only printed 39 pages before the printer stopped to press . due to an ink level warning. I printed more pages with a used replacement cartridge that was not XL. I contacted the company and they responded in less than 12 hours offering a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and they sent it to me. More than a month has passed and the ink level is approximately 75%. The color is very good. I would order from this company again as they had great customer service.
