I've bought spreader bars in the past but these were nice little things meant for small projects. I'm wiring up a small house with 12 and 120 volts. I rob forks, re-engineer cables and use all the weird junk I've collected over the years. I need something strong and flexible when I walk lines and change my mind and do it again until I'm happy. So this kit corresponds more to a heavy machine class. Can be used as a hammer or weapon in a pinch. The presence of several connectors in the kit is simply convenient. Let's face it, you've got jacks, I've got jacks, but do you have any stupid stuff when you need it? So grab some pliers and some wire and go crazy!
