Good bands and good resistance
I love his little band and I use it while watching the Walk at home work out which I know many may think is not intense but as you keep going up will get more challenging as you keep going. These bands are part of her work out and I purchased them so I could work out with them as I have to be home to work out .I loved them and the resistance.
