I bought 2, the screen of the first one has already gone out. The second crashed twice and was moving incredibly slowly. I checked if it was updated. I am extremely disappointed. Revain is amazing with their returns process: when I first decided on a replacement product, they shipped it to me and it came 2 days after I submitted my request. This review is just my frustration at a poor quality product and in no way reflects Revain and their excellent customer service.
