Review on 🐸 Frogger Golf Rangefinder Latch-It: The Ultimate Golf Cart Attachment for Precision Distance Measurements by David Caldwell

Terrible about terrible customer service Frogger, LLC (Frogger Golf). The receiving part of this product has broken twice during normal use (only one tie strap is enough to keep the product on the golf cart handle). After my first order broke it was a year after a few weeks so the terrible customer service rep asked me to send photos and said he had heard of many others having the same problem but the new version is improved and thicker, and it's covered by their 3-year warranty, I'd have to pay $8.95 shipping for a warranty replacement. Ironically, the exact same product is for sale on their website and anyone can purchase it for exactly $8.95. I was so disappointed with this response that I ordered a brand new set of the same product from Revain. About four months later the same thing happened, but this time already with a one-year warranty. The support rep said he spoke to the original "helpdesk" rep (and I use the term lightly) and he remembered me and sent me a free replacement four months ago. I quickly corrected him and said no he really didn't, he wanted to charge me $8.95 for shipping so I went ahead and ordered a brand new set from Revain. He asked me for proof of this purchase, which I did immediately. Obviously upset at his own mistake, this new 'support rep' told me that this time since I clearly did something wrong, I said and clearly overtightened the strap (albeit within the 12 month warranty ), he demanded that I pay to send the defective product back to them for them to check and if it's my fault (as he said without even seeing it) then he won't do it. Of course I reluctantly paid out of my pocket to send them their defective poor quality product and I've just received an email saying it's clearly my fault for over tightening and I must pay $8.95 via paypal to get a REPLACEMENT RECEIVER. I have never experienced such terrible (literally terrible) customer service in my entire life! My opinion. Do not buy from Frogger, LLC (Frogger Golf). Many other companies and better quality products. that last longer than a few months and really appreciate your business. Stay away from Frogger Golf!
