The system is very easy to use. I love that it can be used with many different applications. For example, we are able to connect our PSA software (PSA) along with other programs such as QMS, EMR, etc. We have been using this product since 2015 and there has not been any issues or complaints from us. This program does exactly what they say it will do! They continue to improve their service over time so you never know when something new comes out. There are times where things go down but they get back up quickly and fix the issue. You can see trends in how customers perform throughout the day. This helps predict future needs and makes scheduling easier.
