The user interface is simple, easy to use which has made it very popular with our customers who are new users or those without IT background. Freshops also provides great customer support whenever we need assistance regarding their product usage etc. Nothing much as such but I would suggest more features like integration into other platforms could be added in future releases so you can have better control over your fleet management system along side its web-based UI for ease of access from anywhere at anytime! As mentioned earlier - excellent Customer Support when needed!! We were looking out ways how do manage all employees data (i.e., time sheets) using an online platform instead paper forms being filled manually by each employee.Fresh Ops provided us this solution where they used cloud computing technology allowing us secure storage & retrieval of information even if there was no internet connection available within office premises.
