Reference: I'm 6ft 180lbs with a 42" bust. This shirt is lightweight, very stretchy and has a smooth feel. I prefer these types of shirts when they are a bit more form fitting. They were decent in the chest but baggy in the waist and about 3 inches too long for my liking. Medium would probably be the best size for me. As long as nothing stops you from sweating at 90 degrees. Heat with high humidity, it performed better than a regular cotton t-shirt and dried very quickly. Although I don't usually wear a long-sleeved shirt in the summer, it wasn't a big deal and after a while I didn't notice it anymore. Overall I would recommend it as a durable outdoor shirt that will no doubt perform even better in slightly cooler weather.
