I like that you can set up your own inventory levels or add/remove items easily without having technical support right there! Not so much but it's good overall. If someone is looking only at price maybe this isn't what they're going after since we use our machine daily which has an average of 3-4 people using them per day with no issues whatsoever (we don't have too many washer malfunctions). We primarily do linen processing in hotels across Canada; however if any guests are staying longer than one night then all their linens come back into housekeeping where they get washed once more before getting delivered out again later depending upon how long each guest stays over 1night etc.. A lot less time spent washing bedding when compared side by side versus traditional methods.
