We took this product to Venice a few weeks ago when we rented an apartment on the canal for 9 days, then it worked Multi-fee and used in the home and on a cruise - farther a cruise. It was one of the most practical things I took with me. This whole European tension issue is still a mystery to me, and I go there often. There are so many different configurations and only Venice has multiple different plug configurations. The little converters didn't really do the job; There was no set converter with two and three rounds (in a straight line) in the kit, but the multiple converter worked well when plugged into the wall with the main converter and we were able to charge phones and a computer at the same time. . Since there was only one American-style voltage charging plug in the ship's cabin, I was able to charge multiple devices with the multi-channel converter and then use one of the smaller converters to charge another electronic device in the European plug! I know this set is a bit heavy, but I still highly recommend it - pack it in your carry-on if you need to, but if you're traveling with multiple devices like me, you won't regret taking it with you.
