This was listed as either a road bike or a mountain bike. My hybrid bike uses MTB components. The brake cables do not have the correct ends for my bike's brakes. My bike uses a cylindrical end, but these cables have mushroom ends. It might work for others but not for MTB although advertised for MTB. Other companies avoid this problem by installing cylindrical ends on one end of the cable and mushroom ends on the other, allowing the consumer to remove the unneeded end. This makes the brake cables truly compatible with MTB road bikes.
