Great bike rack.
Bike rack works great on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JKU. I leave the mount attached all the time so the wheel doesn't have to be removed, but I remove the stand when not in use. However, if desired, it can remain on all the time. This conveniently keeps two mountain bikes off my hitch while I tow. And I've opened and closed the gate while it's attached - just carefully. The trunk is very solid and I like the locks that keep the trunk and bikes out of the car without a fight. has a different shape and must be mounted upside down. It's even easier with the right adapter. You can see that the taillights are partially covered, but that's not a problem as there's enough space for the taillights.
