The product itself is great. My original purchase was defective and the seller immediately sent a replacement. I've been riding it on my bike for about a year with no issues including bumpy dirt roads. There are some velcro straps to reduce bike sway by securing the front wheel to the bottom of the trunk. Bike rack works great on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JKU. I leave the mount attached all the time so the wheel doesn't have to be removed, but I remove the stand when not in use.
