Perfect for my 2000 Toyota Celica GT. I wasn't sure what remote control my car needed so I tried another one to no avail, but then I read somewhere that this one was for cars with the factory Toyota alarm system that my car has, so I tried that and it synced to my car the first time. My only complaint about it would be that the range seems short, it only seems to work when I'm within 10 feet or so of my car. I'm not sure if it's the remote control or my car, but it's a bit annoying. If you forgot where you parked and tried to hit the panic button to find it, this probably won't help.
