I have a 2 star rating because my products finally press quickly and well. It's not strong enough to last long or squeeze a lot of items. This heat press came with a postcard offer to give them a 5 star rating and they will refund you $20. Maybe that's why there are so many 5 star reviews. The car doesn't look solid. There were details that seem loose and wobbly. Overall it was easy to use, but I'm a techie and figured it out through trial and error. However, within 1 month the handle broke off completely. I was just about placing an order for a customer and had to deal with feedback from the company all day. They asked for videos and photos, which I had plenty of. They then asked me for patience and then checked with their supplier. Finally 4 days later they offered me a $80 refund and fixed the handle on the spot as it would be very expensive to send back and fix. My husband had a friend who could weld it back but I can tell this press isn't going to last or won't last much longer. I'm already looking for another. I've had it for 2 months now and the temp seems to have dropped significantly and is taking forever to get back to the set temp.
