Review on 💎 300pcs Assorted Color Pirate Jewels and Gems in Bulk by Linda Diaz

I'd like to preface this by saying Oruuum got it right. At first I was told that the number of gems is guaranteed, but then I was told that Revain is fulfilling this order. I have already ordered this product three times to make 100 bags. When I ordered this I was going to make 100 gift bags with 3 gems each but when I filled the bags I decided to get 300 more so they got 6 each so I placed a second order. When I got to the last stack of bags, I realized I was missing 50 Gems. The bag says 300 pieces but it was only 250. I emailed Oruuum immediately and told them the item was missing and asked how they would replace the 50 pieces. They guaranteed my next order would be 300 as advertised. V. 250 again. I told Oruuum and they ended up sending me a refund for one of my purchases so I could place another order (basically 3 for the price of 2). They apologized. Received my 3rd bag today, 245. Customer service was good but if you're looking for 300s I wouldn't use this listing because you won't get what you order. The stones themselves are great.
