I installed this item in a 2009 VW New Beetle convertible. At first I was excited because suddenly I could make hands-free calls and listen to Spotify! However, after a week or two I noticed SIGNIFICANT interference on the radio. I just tuned the radio to the station that was tuned into the device. Maybe if I could change this channel the interference would decrease? I'm a musician and I use Spotify extensively to watch and rehearse music. With particularly quiet work, noise is very, very noticeable and unacceptable. The phone quality is also very bad. Callers can hear me, but often ask for repetition and say they can't hear me well. Yes, my device is fully on when I make a call (it's also on on my phone). Yes - I have supplies. It was only $20 so I guess you get what you pay for. Hi. . . . When the lid is down and I want to turn on loud music, there is no sound.
