This supports my 10 month old Lhasa Apso puppy in the water for her physiotherapy sessions to exercise her leg after surgery. Very happy with the product. (Bought a second one for the other puppy so they can safely play with us in the pool together). There are cheaper items out there but this one holds their heads and faces out of the water and supports their little bodies so no fear of sinking for them. Size XS was exactly right for them.
