Good choice for winter warmth

I bought a 27 lb pug aged 1 1/2 and a large brown coat. The coat is about an inch longer than his, but because of the cold in winter I needed extra protection on his back. He doesn't seem to have a problem wearing a coat. The only thing that bothered him was the sound his coat made when it moved (rustling). However, after a few shakes and flaps, it settled down and hasn't shaken it since. I definitely recommend it.
