Review on Ultimate Cleaning Companion: Detailer ๐Ÿงน Cordless Keyboard and Car Mini Hand Vacuum by Chris Tobin

Works as intended

This micro vacuum cleaner is designed for very small jobs like removing dander, lint and hair from the keyboard, working in tight spaces in cars etc. It has a very limited vacuum level and cannot lift or pull anything remotely large or heavy. Think about crumbs and fluff again. Within those limits, he does a decent job. The vacuum is actually a very small version of the full-sized Dust Devil handheld vacuum. It doesn't have a bat and it doesn't have a hose. The only tool is a small brush that fits into the end of the suction nozzle. Any debris collected only moves about 1 inch before passing through a one-way valve that prevents it from falling back out. There is a tiny, thimble-sized chamber behind the breech so particles over 3/8 inch in length are not drawn fully into the chamber and block the breech. This is a bagless vacuum because the dirt it sucks goes into the chamber, not the bag. There is a filter behind the chamber that prevents dirt from entering the engine from the chamber. You have to empty the chamber after almost every use and you separate the vacuum cleaner into front and rear parts by pulling at an angle. The rear part has the battery and motor, while the front part has the filter, chamber, flapper and nozzle. You pull out the filter and voila, there's a chamber and you just empty it over the bin. Unless you're vacuuming anything unusual, such as wet or microscopic items, the filter is unlikely to become clogged. It looks like the filter will last as long as the vacuum cleaner itself. The vacuum cleaner has a battery that charges while the vacuum is attached to its mount. The cradle can be placed on a table or mounted to the wall with two screws (supplied with plastic drywall anchors). The power adapter (wall-wart) is included with the vacuum cleaner and plugs into the stand. When the vacuum is attached to the stand, the red LED will illuminate to indicate the vacuum's battery is charging. The vacuum has a button that you have to hold down (usually with your thumb) for it to work. The vacuum cleaner is not too loud, like a small drill. Processing quality is ok. Almost all plastics except electrical parts. It doesn't seem too cheap.
