Thick and does not roll.
I got these because all the others were too thin and almost went flat after a short time. These were pads and pillows and of course they flattened out a bit after a while but being much thicker they still hold the sciatica pain better. The only thing I would like would be a size bigger. My ass isn't small, but it's not huge either, and I've often felt like I needed a few extra inches on each side. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from back pain and/or sciatica.
