UPDATE July 29, 2020: BrightEyes customer support is amazing! Not only are their products incredibly well designed and built for the price, but their support staff is also of the highest caliber. I contacted BrightEyes Customer Service on July 21, 2020 using the form on their website. I received a quick email reply from Donald R. I explained to him that the charger that came with my STAMINA 1800 was not working properly and that the indicator light was not working. flashes green continuously. We both agreed that even when the battery appeared to be working fine, the charger could be a source of ignition and potentially cause the battery to fail to function safely. To be honest, I was only expecting a spare charger. However, we cannot be 100% sure that the charger has caused a malfunction in the internal circuitry of the battery. To be on the safe side, Donald R. immediately offered to send me a brand new charger and a new battery to be on the safe side. I gave him my serial number, order information and my address, then he told me he would send me new items as soon as possible. I received a new charger and battery in the mail today, July 29, 2020 via USPS. It was sent on July 24, 2020. With all devices plugged in and both devices connected, they are now working safely and properly. Most companies will ask you to return the entire product in its original packaging for a replacement. I asked to just swap out the charger to save time, money and postage. Donald R. said not to worry. He saved me the hassle of packing for return shipping and solved the problem by simply sending me a new charger and battery. THAT's what I call great service! I am now a loyal customer and supporter of BrightEyes products and will continue to order from them and recommend them to all my friends and family for as long as they are in business. The STAMINA 1800 lumen bike light kit is very well built, extremely durable and offers a powerful and balanced light for cycling enthusiasts looking for safety and visibility in bad weather and night rides. Buy this product and you will be satisfied with what you have done. I am the proof ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great headlight. That thing is insanely bright. I love it. My only problem is the battery. The package was already open when I received it and there is an indicator light on the charger which appears to be broken. The indicator continues to flash green continuously. There is no red light. I have to contact the seller or manufacturer to get a replacement. The quality of components and accessories corresponds to the price. Hope the customer support is just as good. I will update later.
