Oil filters are hard to keep in an awkward position

I bought this along with a Motivx adjustable oil filter wrench for my 1993 Toyota Camry. I was unable to remove the oil filter on my Camry that was too tight with this Neiko wrench. It won't securely hold a hard-to-reach oil filter. After several unsuccessful attempts I switched to a Motivx dongle (model MX2330) and it helped. The Motivx key held non-slip and was able to remove the oil filter. Its spring-loaded handle design looks better than Neiko's 3-prong gear wrench. Both keys are made in Taiwan. This Neiko wrench may not be effective on over-tightened oil filters in hard-to-reach places.
