The socket inserts are sturdy but fairly large, which is fine if you don't mind dedicating an entire drawer for each type of socket in your inventory. This inefficiency is compounded by the odd design, with each outlet being in a hole in the shell and resting against the bottom of the box. So don't plan on taking a power strip to your project site - it's not going to happen. However, I knew what I was getting myself into as the photos and description made everything pretty clear and I can live within the confines. I just wish I had shopped a little more before I snapped them.
