I would recommend this lock

The lock appears to do what I expected. I cannot test its resistance to a home burglar entry unless I try to kick my own door in, but it's bound to help. Installation was quick and easy. My only complaint was that the locking mechanism was stiff and hard to move. I added some silicone spray and it improved. After lightly sanding one surface it got much better. I am very pleased with the product at this point.
