For those of you who have a Cole Sewell screen door for the back of your home this item would make a great replacement for the original. Cole Sewell (I think the spelling is correct) is no longer in service and replacement parts are extremely hard to come by. This seal is located at the very bottom of the door, which slides into a metal guard that is attached to the inside of the door with two screws. Try putting this product on the track where the old door seal was. If you find it's a pain in the *** then the other option I had to do and that was undo the 2 screws holding the aluminum floor panel and remove it completely from the door . After removing the aluminum protection on the bottom of the door I was able to flip this part and it was much easier to work with. I would suggest that when you do this you clear the track where the seal will slide back and it will make it easier to slide. When you're done, trim off the excess and reattach the aluminum plate. Line up the 2 screw holes and attach the plate and you are done. Should last for 5-10 years as the item I replaced was around 20 years old. Great replacement product
