I like how easy it was to use and set up. The customer support team were very helpful in getting us setup quickly and answering any questions we had as well. We also liked having access to our bookings through an app (iOS) which made management of them much easier than using emails or excel files. It would be great if there could be some way to get notifications when someone cancels their booking - this can lead to confusion if they continue paying but no longer need accommodation. Also, maybe more options for payment methods? Not all customers are comfortable with credit cards so being able to offer other ways to pay might increase usage. This has helped us track who's booked what rooms at different times throughout the year.
