Bookinglayer Review

I like how easy it was to use and set up. The customer support team were very helpful in getting us setup quickly and answering any questions we had as well. We also liked having access to our bookings through an app (iOS) which made management of them much easier than using emails or excel files. It would be great if there could be some way to get notifications when someone cancels their booking - this can lead to confusion if they continue paying but no longer need accommodation. The customer service has been great - they're always willing (and able)to work around our schedule even if it's out of normal business hours! I would love more flexibility in being given access during nonbusiness times so we can get some extra training done too but overall this platform works well enough at what its doing already as far user experience goes which makes me very happy :) We are saving time by having all staff be online simultaneously instead of sending them offsite separately or…

The customer support team were very helpful in answering our questions about bookings. I had no issues at all using this booking platform as it was easy peasy! You can set up filters which helps tremendously when managing multiple sites/properties etc. It's good not only being able to accept payments but also be notified via email once payment has been received too - something we couldn't do previously through other platforms.
