The customer support team were very helpful in answering our questions about bookings. I had no issues at all using this booking platform as it was easy peasy! You can set up filters which helps tremendously when managing multiple sites/properties etc. It's good not only being able to accept payments but also be notified via email once payment has been received too - something we couldn't do previously through other platforms. Would love more of an 'advanced' area so admin staff could add their own fields if required without having to contact the developer or go live themselves (which would cost me money. ) However they are still working towards adding these additional customisable features to allow flexibility across different properties / businesses within our group. We use Booking Layer primarily to facilitate online reservations where clients need access before going offline. The platform has been very easy to use thus far; it's intuitive as well. I'm able to send eReceipts directly into Quickbooks which saves me time in manually entering them later! It would be great if we could upload more than 1 photo of each customer upon booking (currently can only add up until 4 photos). We are trying out this service because other online services were too expensive or didn't work at all when needing large groups within our organization booked together - this works perfectly!!
