The customer service has been great - they're always willing (and able)to work around our schedule even if it's out of normal business hours! I would love more flexibility in being given access during nonbusiness times so we can get some extra training done too but overall this platform works well enough at what its doing already as far user experience goes which makes me very happy :) We are saving time by having all staff be online simultaneously instead of sending them offsite separately or waiting until everyone gets together somewhere else like an actual conference room etc.. This helps us keep track better when there may not necessarily only ever actually BE any meetings going down since most days will just involve email/phone calls anyway though sometimes someone does show up unexpectedly haha :). It also eliminates manual data entry into spreadsheets whenever something needs updated such as availability calendars because everything stays within their own internal systems meaning less hassle managing multiple sources across.
