Excellent results!

The reviewer who left the negative post probably saved my life. I have made some curtain panels where individual tabs have been made which is very time consuming when you have a whole house full of windows. I decided to order this product anyway and after seeing how durable it is I decided to create a way to use it without reading those awful instructions. Here's how: First, you need to find an online guide to hidden curtains. I found the following useful: http://www.viewalongtheway.com/2012/06/tutorial-how-to-sew-lined-back-tab-curtains-drapes-curtain-panels-whatever/ With this guide I was in a stage where my panels were already hemmed on the bottom and sides. Then I folded a simple hem at the top, pinned it in place and smoothed it out well. The fabric was heavy so I folded the corners and made a small blind edge so they lay flat. With the panel aligned and starting at the left edge, I pinned the tape to the top of the first panel, covering the raw edges of that edge, making sure the first loop started 1/2" from the left edge and the tape was now 1 /4" below. folded top panel. I pinned it until I got to the right edge of the panel. Knowing that the right edge of the last tab should be 1/2 inch from the edge of the board, I cut the tape and did a few splices and overlaps to get that tab right where it needed to be. This tape is heavy and won't peel, so you don't need to rework the cut edges. I then cut the excess tape 1/4" from the end of each panel and sewed it along all 4 edges. The tape is the color of the lining and is not visible from the back. The fabric I used was practically a pad weight , but I would use it with any other weight fabric I think this is a great product.
