Great to find all your assets to keep track of and to quickly see where they are. I like that you can scan RFID tags and keep them right there with your company and have them send you an alert when one of them is not able to be scanned as it might be damaged. The system has many different features that can be used and the support is great. Sometimes while scanning RFID tags the program will freeze and not respond. I have to close and open it several times and try again. Have a good understanding on how to read the RFID tags and where they are in space. Once you know that you can use this amazing software to not have to get everything by hand. I like how easy it was to use this product when we first started using it; however as time moved along things got more complex so they need some improvements! Also their customer service department never returns calls or emails back fast enough!! The benefit being able help track down equipment faster than any other means out there now days with this program its amazing. This makes my job much easier since everything gets logged into here which helps me keep organized very easily too.
